Primrose Everdeen

A few minutes ago they've asked who was my favourite character in The Hunger Games. This is a thought question, because I love Peeta, and Katnis, and Effie, and Cinna... But then, thinking again, my favorite character has to be Prim. I think my love for her started at the Reaping Day, when she had her blouse pulled out of her skirt; the way her sister called her little duck, and the way they said "quack" to each other, it makes you see how much Katniss loves her. She's a pretty loveable character. I love the almost stupid adoration she has for her pets. I also love her strenght; I mean, she may not be good with the bow and the arrows like her sister is, but she has this kind of passion for the medicine world, and I find fascinating how mature this makes her. But the most amazing thing about Prim is that she's actually the one who starts and finishes the story. It's her the reason Katniss would never leave District 12. It's her the reason why Katniss volunteers, why she goes to the arena, wins and starts a rebellion. Just as it's her the last death in the rebellion, the one that makes everything ends. She's the one who makes you truly realize that the only point of the Hunger Games, the rebellion and the war is the death, that everything we're doing is wrong. She's an inspiration.
